NPro was tasked with a critical replacement hire for an Angular Developer position for a key client. The traditional process of identifying a suitable replacement, even from an existing database, could be time-consuming, potentially impacting client project continuity. With a vast internal database of over 15,000 candidate CVs and 2,500 previously conducted technical interviews, including 300 pre-interviewed candidates for Angular Developer roles, NPro possessed a rich repository of data. The challenge was to efficiently mine this data to pinpoint the ideal candidate for the specific client need.

NPro implemented an innovative, data-driven approach to address the replacement hiring challenge:

  1. AI-Powered Job Description Generation: Leveraging Artificial Intelligence, NPro generated a highly accurate and tailored job description. This was achieved by feeding the AI model insights from previous client interviews and the profiles of candidates who were shortlisted for the initial hiring for the same position.

  2. AI Model Training with Internal Interview Data: Based on the newly generated job description, NPro's AI model was used to evaluate the internal technical interview recordings of previously interviewed candidates within their database. The model was trained by providing feedback on which candidates ultimately passed client evaluations and which did not, thereby refining its predictive capabilities.

  3. Data-Driven CV and Interview Analysis: The AI-powered insights were then applied to evaluate a large volume of CVs from NPro's database. This comprehensive evaluation considered the AI-generated job description, historical client interview feedback, and the detailed internal technical interview data for each candidate.

The implementation of NPro's AI-driven strategy yielded significant operational improvements:

  • Accelerated Job Search: The time taken to identify suitable candidates for the replacement position was drastically reduced.

  • Decreased Turnaround Time: The overall turnaround time from receiving the replacement request to presenting qualified candidates to the client was notably shortened.
